Tenacious
Re: Tenacious
I don't restrict it. It is rather nice to get extra experience, but you go through hope quickly. Our Lake-Man archer has a higher weapon skill than anyone else in the group, but then he never has enough hope to use his Bowman of the Guild virtue. Also, he get's a lot of Shadow Points.

I play a man of the lake often. Have in mind the following. First, something bad has to happen, wounded, failed fear test, failed corruption test or the like. In this situation you can spend hope to gain xp. But then, in your next action you won't have this point of hope to help you succeed on a skill roll, the consequence: you fail the test and you don't gain an advancement point.buddhax wrote:Regarding the Cultural Blessing of the Men of the Lake, do you restrict it use to a number of times per session? I was thinking it's really powerful.
This or as Morgoth said, you burn your points of hope way too fast.
