Re: WFRP conversion
Just want to say: keep up the good work! Played a session of Warhammer 3rd tonight and I still like that game a lot, but I like TOR even more and a combination of them fells like a really interesting thing. How would you handle disease in the TOR ruleset?
Re: WFRP conversion
My current idea is to create a library of disease with TN's and an effect list with effects for sauron, gandalf, failure, success, great and extra. I haven't decided on what you roll, but it's going to be either body, heart, an average of the two, the two favorite adds added up (not the total favorite value, but just the actual bonus in the small favorite circle).
But something like that. Simple enough to convert the disease, I just need to figure out what you roll for the test.
If you get disease then I imagine a system, where you tally up successes to get rid of the disease over time.
On a side note, the conversion needs a slightly modified sheet, and an extra page for disease and wfrp skills/talents. Unfortunately I suck at making nice sheets

Re: WFRP conversion
Rules for the magic system done. Still need to convert the spells, but the basic foundation for this is done. Also half the talents are done now.
Re: WFRP conversion
I really suck at this kind of artistic stuff, but this will have to do for now. Just the first page, a few more need to be done for the talents, skills and stuff for warhammer.

Re: WFRP conversion
I'm going to change the Shadow Weakness to Corruption Weakness and make a comprehensive list of negative traits, so the different careers have more variety in this trait. For now I'll leave it and focus on finishing the meat of the project and then revisit this later and make a comprehensive list.
Re: WFRP conversion
Skills all done. About 120 pages when I'm done. I have it in several documents because I haven't used the same formatting (Some documents use two collums). Perhaps I'll put it all in the same publisher file and tidy it up. Otherwise I'll just release the different named PDFs - about 12 different documents. I don't know if it's possible to combine several PDFs into one, but that would be nice.

If you don't combine them together in your process, I can do so and then send it to you.JoeArcher wrote:Skills all done. About 120 pages when I'm done. Re: WFRP conversion
All basic careers done. Beginning work on advanced careers. Then I just need to tidy everything up, organize the rules and proof read everything.
