High Elf Healer?

healing, and that the virtue of the nissi [Eldar maidens] in this matter was due rather to their abstaining from hunting or war than to any special power that went with their womanhood.

So a good healer should not kill. You can grant her a bonus dice when healing as long as she follows the rule.

Elrond and Arwen are not High Elves!

I've done a little elf research now. So Elrond has never been to Valinor and seen the light of the Two Trees? The site I read suggested Elrond was a Noldor, though I understand not all Noldor have been to Valinor. #inabovemyhead

Noldor is an ethnic category; some Noldor are Calaquendi which is a label that means that they've seen the Light of the Two Trees. Since the Trees are gone, new Noldor can be born (though it's uncommon) but there can never be more Calaquendi.

Eärendil (Elrond's dad) was response for the War of Wrath and the reshaping of the world. Elves can still go to Valinor but it seems to be a one way trip in most cases.

2) +3 Favoured Heart
3) Lesser Ring: Heart (so favoured score of 9)
4) Raise Healing to 3
5) Be a Warden and make Healing a favoured skill. (And maybe Inspire as the other one.)
6) Take Skill of the Eldar. 1/12 of her healing rolls will be "magical" in its result.
7) Hope your LM puts a Wondrous Artefact with a Greater Blessing of Healing in your magical treasure index.

Add in Elbereth Githoniel once some of the other companions are "Elf-friends".

Elrond is half-elven (which the films completely forget to mention/didn't want to complicate things).

So is his daughter Awen and his two sons Elladan and Elrohir. (I suppose you could argue they are more Elven than Elrond because their mother was an Elf).

So technically he is not Noldor - although he is their leader.

Elrond isn't really a leader, either. He hosts a refuge against the Shadow. His role is primarily to protect and preserve; it is mostly passive. The strength of Elrond is in wisdom and lore.

Are you using "leader" strictly in a formal or military sense? Clearly he's the head of the survivors of Hollin. In fact I think the text says he "led" them to Imladris.

Not in front of my source materials, but I think he founded Rivendell, not so much led people to it. People came to him later,in other words.

Galadriel, obviously, has the best claim to be the true leader of the Noldor. She should go full-Fëanor and then all could love her and despair.

No I'm pretty sure Elrond was Gilgalad's right hand guy.
