Did anyone see Jon's update in the C7 General discussion forum? I've seen no mention in here...
Heart of the Wild is at last heading out from the printers in the very near future - we're estimating 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of preorders depending on where you are in the world.

Yes. I was happy to see the note, and slightly disappointed that it wasn't any more specific. Looking forward to more updates.

Based on the usual PDF to paper schedule of around 4-6 weeks and the misprinting problem and then Gencon in the middle I'd guess that sometime in the next two weeks should see the hard copies in the mail.

We're currently awaiting a final confirmation that the supplement is done and en route to our warehouse. We'll let you know as soon as we know. Apologies as ever for the late arrival. We're very frustrated at the continuing delays.

I was able to download my PDF yesterday morning. By evening I was editing my original review at Amazon.com (which was mostly a correction and update about the publication date) to include a brief discussion of the actual product. Now I'm looking forward to my receipt of the actual book (and I'm still on the look-out for those street dates).

any news??
Of Finarfin's children I am the last. But my heart is still proud. What wrong did the golden house of Finarfin do that I should ask the pardon of the Valar, or be content with an isle in the sea whose native land was Aman the Blessed? Here I am mightier.

I only just noticed that the
http://www.cubicle7.co.uk/our-games/the ... -the-wild/ page says
Heart of the Wild is a hardcover: I was expecting a perfect-bound softcover like
Tales from Wilderland.
Still eagerly awaiting my copy: the PDF is beautiful* on a skim, but I'm holding off on a full reading until I have the physical book. (I'm a Luddite.)
* = though I wish the sidebars didn't print skill names in ALL CAPS, since they're hard to read in that typeface. Please consider this my official One Gripe about this book. :-)
