Reading by accident the back-cover of HoW, I saw this: "Variant Cultural Backgrounds like River Hobbits or Wayward Elves offer new options for adventures..."
But Wayward Elves doesn't appear as a Cultural Background as River Hobbits. Any thoughts?

Page 77 has the Cultural Virtue which separates Wayward Elves from other elves. They are otherwise identical to Elves of Mirkwood with 'The Call of Mirkwood' replacing one of, or adding to the 'normal' Elven Cultural Virtues.
