[OT] New baby t-shirt

My son is due to be born in a couple of weeks, and my wife is having a t-shirt made up for me that will have his footprints on it. She wants to put something personal on the shirt about meetings and perhaps feet, but she can't figure out anything that isn't sappy. She was thinking a Tolkien or Doctor Who quote might be a good fit for me.

I haven't been able to think of a good one. The Roads song from The Fellowship of the Ring is too long and not personal enough about a meeting. Any ideas?

Tolkien wrote a poen not related to Middle-earth called Goblin Feet (goblins here are some kind of small dancing fairies). Here you are a verse speaking about feet:

With three kids, I can't help but be less serious... a onesie that says "Alls well that ends better" on the back side?

For Doctor Who, how about "The ground beneath our feet is spinning at a thousand miles an hour."

I think it works well, because he will only fit it for a little while... during that time, it will seem endless, but then, later, it will seem like it zoomed by and he's walking, talking, writing (on the walls), in school, and playing RPGs (maybe... don't force, let them come to you).
