I think so. It was supposed to appear in a digital compilation of GenCon adventures, if I recall correctly.
It was meant to be a printed version (partly for those who couldn't attend) - I still have it as a product in my bought stuff on the C7 webstore. Someone from Arc Dream Publishing who have in the past shared space with C7 at Gen Con. From posts, looks like they have play tested Tales of the Wilderland for C7.
There is also a Tale of Years from the campaign (http://www.revolutionsf.com/revblogs/ro ... -one-ring/) they have been running...
