The LM rolls the Hazard Target table and the Feat die result is 2. According to the table, the Role shall be the Guide and he must pass a Travel test to overcome the challenge. Next, the LM rolls the Feat die again to determine the consequences of failure. He rolls a 7 and consults the Hazards table. The Effect is Corruption and the consequences for the failure is gain 1 Shadow, or 2 Shadow on an EYE.
Here is my question. Corruption Tests are made using the Hero's Wisdom score. But here, the player must pass a Travel test or face corruption/Shadow gain. Is this correct? That seems at odds with the normal rules for Corruption tests (based on the player-hero's Wisdom).

Re: Concerning the New Hazard Rules
I don't think it's a corruption test, despite the use of the word Corruption. In other words, a failure means that the Guide skirts the edge of a blighted area and an Eye means they stumble right into it. They're able to save the others from the consequences of their mistake, but they've seen things now that no man (or woman) should ever see...beckett wrote:The LM rolls the Hazard Target table and the Feat die result is 2. ...And Shadow points cannot always be avoided with a Wisdom roll:
