Yeah, whatever. So did Ecthelion and Gandalf. How hard could it be?
Anyone notice that the only three to ever slay a Balrog died in the process and also all were armed with swords forged in Gondolin? Yeah, I know Ecthelion's final blow was with his spiked-helmet, but I assume that was also made in Gondolin. I doubt it's coincidence.

Now that is heresy.

Coincidence, I suspect. If neither Ecthelion nor Glorfindel had been Gondoliers (sorry, couldn't resist that) then I'd say it was mighty curious that they all had Gondolin swords, but one (Gandalf) does not a pattern make.

Well, you know what they say: Two's a coincident, three's a trend. Then again, I doubt that quote is statistically accurate.

When Glorfindel does push-ups, Middlearth clashes with Aman.

Fact: Glorfindel died in the First Age. Death just hasn't had the courage to tell him so.

Yes, lol.

Fact: Unknown to most, Tolkien had finally decided that Glorfindel died in the First Age, and didn't come back in the Third. The Author died shortly thereafter, most likely due to a roundh----- oops, wrong jokes.
