Publishers Winter 2014 runs through mid March and Publishers Spring 2015 is April through June. The publishing industry has an odd concept of time. Note that the cover month of many magazines is the month they come off the shelves rather than when they go on things like that.
I don't expect to see the Rohan supplement pre-order until about Easter 2015 for example.
Different publishing houses work on different schedules. Some only have a Spring-Fall-Winter schedule, some use two, or all four seasons etc. . The traditional reasons to have publication lists in seasons aren't really relevant for C7, though. Printer, editor, freelancer time across the lines is likely more pressing than visiting independent book dealers to sell them on the upcoming list.

Irrespective, C7 announced two books as coming in Autumn, which is commonly taken to be Sept-Nov. I think C7 have had a great turnaround on past years with TOR in getting the three books released this year out on time (in pdf at any rate) and it would be a shame for that to slip without communication.
