"Dice redocorated. I don't like it."

Okay, to be fair, they might look a lot better in person, but the pictures makes them a bit too "radioactive" green for my tastes.

Agreed.
I was expecting something more "cultural", with a color combination of base and numbers.
Like forest green/brown for sylvan elves, gold/silver for dwarves (or even a gem transparent/gold), black/red for the LM, brown/honey for beornings,...

Same here. I'm psyched that new dice are coming out, and I'll buy a set of course, but the particular shade of green doesn't feel very Tolkieny to me.

Maybe it's the first of many color ways....

I also do not like the color of new dices. I am just guessing, but it looks like the supplier in China made mistake, but you decided: "Ehh, there will be fine." At least on photos it looks horrible.

Even regular dark green color like THIS could be better, but of course we are waiting for more interesting, game and Middle-Earth appropriate color palettes.

Hrmm....I'm not quite that cynical about Jon & Co., but I understand the sentiment. I've recently been involved with founding a sock company (Xoab.us), and the challenge of getting yarn colors right with Chinese suppliers led us to build the supply chain from scratch. They'll look for an approximate match, but "close enough" seems to be a mantra. (Now we do custom dying in North Carolina, 20 minutes from where we knit them.)

It's a real shame you assume we would ever act that way.

The colour was decided by Dom and Robert of Sophisticated Games. Just because you personally don't like it isn't a reason to accuse anyone of that kind of lazy negligence. We take that kind of thing very seriously.

I wanted to follow up with a very clear message about how we do business on these forums.

If you don't like something we do, such as the colour of some dice, and you want to let us and the TOR playing community know, that's all good. We appreciate and use your feedback.

If however you want to take that a step further, and use your personal opinion to denegrate the professionalism of our team? You will very quickly find you are not welcome here. We regard these forums as our house, in which you are guests. We warmly welcome everyone who wants to talk about the games we make and share information for the betterment of those games the experiences playing them.

We do not however tolerate insults based on supposition. We have banned people without warning for doing just that.

So "I don't like the colour of green you've used" is fine. That's useful feedback for us.

Inferring that because you don't like the colour used we are somehow lazy, unprofessional, or otherwise trying to pass off substandard goods? Not cool and not tolerated here.

I hope that is crystal clear.

Just some ideas of what, in my opinion, would have been nice for TOR.
Bear in mind that I'm talking about colors, not decoration:

For the Evil LM  :
