O Great and Terrible Master of the Fates of Arda, I must offer my humble and sincere apologies for that most horrid error. I did not read your entry, and thus did not know that you had dreamed up the same dastardly Orcish name as me. However, I hope that you will understand that I want to win this contest.
Yeah, it's cool. I'm pretty easy-going for a guy who has dominion of Arda. Tell you what, I'll hang you from a mountain by a chain attached to your wrist for a few decades and we'll call it even, mkay?
Nah, MReader. Dress yourself like a Noldo-pirate and attack him when in his BMW.
He will call the cops, scared to the bone.
Someone already did it and it worked.
Wow...
I'm not even going to ask how you know that, Falenthal...
Also, I'm glad that I found this wonderful forum full of Tolkien fans as interested in The One Ring as I am. I particularly appreciated how many of us know about the Silmarillion, and the Maedhros reference was awesome... I guess that I should probably unveil my top-secret TOR fan project sometime in the near future, but that's material for a separate post...
(Just so you know, Cubicle 7, it's nothing you should worry about... In fact, it will probably be the greatest fan supplement to the official products that I have seen so far, once I get it finished enough for review.)
EDIT 1: Wow, I even forgot to mention the site I regularly use for Tolkien Linguistics / Naming (which also has an interesting forum). Take a look at
http://realelvish.proboards.com/, Elfcrusher... You will definitely find what you need there. I love that Forum, but it seems to be very inactive for much of the time, as very few people really get into Tolkien Linguistics, and those who do don't post much (myself included). They also have a top-notch Sindarin Class every year or so.
EDIT 2: Clarified what the top-secret fan project was, and edited my previous edit.
