Here's the latest version. The build for Luthwen/her background are up in the air; Radegund needs a back-story; Sigdan needs to be completely replaced by Walfred Took.
I'd love suggestions/corrections/commentary from anyone!

No Brandybucks! (We've got 7 Brandybucks in Wilderland right now, between both games and The Easterly Inn)

Well, Brandibucks are born on the wrong side of the Water, as they say at Hobbiton.

Dhouda has Noble Armor, but under weapon skills it still says Splitting Axe.
I'd give Iwald and Luthwen Bows: 3 instead of common skills. You can't hit
anything with 2D from Rearward Stance. Could be very frustrating for new players. If Walfred has Fair Shot he can get away with only 2D.
First draft for Radegund below. If you like it I will tighten up the language.
As a child, shy Radegund made the Woodmen nervous the way should would suddenly appear or disappear. Unknown to them, she had a larcenous streak, and enjoyed slipping into halls or huts secretly. Not to steal, but for the sheer joy of discovering secrets. One day she attempted the same thing in the home of Radagast the Brown in Rhosgobel. But one should not meddle in the affairs of wizards! Radagast caught the slip of a girl red-handed, and his punishment was that she had to do chores for him every day for a month. The wizard's purpose was to have a chance to teach the child about honor and purpose, as he recognized her quick mind and mettle. Pupil and wizard became close, and when she came of age, on her Name Day, the wizard gave her a present of special armor.

When I open it the dwarf's name shows as N" rin in the main title of his character. This could be my computer, but in case it's an accent gone rogue thought I'd mention it, since it shows up properly in the rest of the description.
As for Radegund, I'd be happy to try and write something up if you gave me a few hints--did you like the idea of Treasure hunter to get dowry, or would you rather some other reason?
As for Walfred Took, what's his calling going to be? I dote on hobbits.

Oops I just posted something for Radegund.

If by "oops" you mean, "looks like a fun backstory", then yes, "oops". I think I posted while you were editing. Shouldn't you be off trying to murder my poor elf with Attercops?

If Walfred is going to be an archer then should either Iwald or Luthwen swap out? Luthwen could go to spear like you were talking about in your optimization thread...

I thought I remember Zed saying he wanted 3 archers to choose from. Although that would mean that with 8 players you don't have a viable party.
Let's see, what do we have...
Biarnor: Great Spear
Dhouda: Great Axe
Egil: Long Sword
Iwald: Great Bow
Luthwen: Bow
Norin: Mattock
Radegund: Long-hafted Axe
Looking at that I'd actually make Egil default to using a Longsword & Shield, and have Walfred go Short Sword & Buckler. Too many bows and 2H weapons. Alternately, if Walfred goes bow then Luthwen could go Great Spear, but then we've got yet another 2H weapon.
Zed?

The maximum number of players is six. The reason for more than six pregens is so that everyone can make a meaningful choice, even the last person at the table.
That said, three pregen archers might be a bit much... I think Luthwen is probably the best to swap out (from a mechanical sense, at least).
NĂ³rin is a font embedding issue. Dhuoda will be fixed.
I continue to be open to suggestions.
