Check it out here.
Sadly, Biarnor still has 15 Hope (instead of the 12 he should) and Egil still lacks some Explore and Persuade.

Other than that, looks good.
Look again, surely the sun was in your eyes. ;) (File updated, again)

My comments regarding the last file.

If I understood, you said that this are supposed to be one time characters, I guess for a demo scenario or so to introduce new players to the game. I won't comment on the character with travel 0, you already convinced me more or less about it.

I have seen that you give some characters a starting weapon skill of 3, then I was thinking of an hypothetical player playing with Inwald. Inwald has Bow skill of 2, the great bow is his primary weapon. Given that in rearward stance the TN is 12+parry, this character is going either to fail a lot, or have to burn hope for every shot. It may frustrate a bit the player.

I don't know, what do you think?

I agree that bow users, especially 1-time Characters for new players, should have skill 3.

I guess my concern is two-fold: knowing that these are intended for one-time play, don't you think that Hope expenditure is going to be much higher?

and

If we keep robbing from common skills to give everyone nice Weapon skills, do you think that folks are going to be frustrated with the Festival/Journey portions?

(yes, I'm aware that my argument about Hope spending works for common skills too. But the combat will come at the end of the session... i.e. there will be no OOC reasons to hold back, like folks might do at the beginning of the scenario.)

I agree with those points, but in that case I would give the close combat folks the skill of 2 (except Egil, who needs Defensive stance to get his Parry bonus.) If they want to hit they can always use Forward stance.

Tweaked stats so that everyone is capable of something during the Festival and added a bit to Walfred's scant history.

I've updated the same version I've been using, but here's a link in any case: linky.

Still hoping for feedback, especially on Walfred's history...
