Off Topic - need a Tolkien name for my fantasy baseball team
Simulation league, actually, not fantasy baseball per se.
In a prior league, I was the Rohan Riders, and that team did very well. But the league folded. Now I'm in a new league, and I need a new Middle-earth themed team name. So far I've come up with the following:
Tolkein Purists. This is apropos given the recent release of The Battle of The Five Armies (I hesitated before adding the second "The").
Angmar Witch-Kings. I like it, but I already have the nazgul in my email address, so maybe that's a bit much of The Shadow.
Numenorian Faithful. Not a big fan of this one, honestly.
Lothlorien Galadhrim. Lothlorien being one of my favorite lands when I read the books the first time as a young child.
Anduin River Valley Company. I like how it looks very mid-20th century American football team name, sort of like the Acme Packing Co. or something.
Narsil Broken Shards. This one just came to me as I typed this post.
Feanor Vengeance. Not bad. I like the more obscure use of a Silmarillion character.
Gratuitous The's. Might be kind of fun, but once the memory of the latest trilogy wears off, this may not seem so funny.
Side note: coincidentally, in that former league, another manager named his team the Mines of Moria Balrogs.
Any thoughts on my list?

I think you might want to add "The Inklings" to the list.

Come on, nobody mentioned the "Eriador Rangers"? Or the "Dol Amroth Knights", with their swan logo?

Inspired by one of Stormcrow's entries:
Last Alliance of Men and Elves or
Last Alliance of Elves and Men
Grey (Pilgrim) Stockings
Last Alliance of Men and Elves or

Tale of Years for a second, lower-level group (in the same campaign).
