Hunt Awareness Thresholds

Has anybody played the new Eye of Mordor rules with a group containing Dunedain/High Elves, in Dark or Shadow Lands?

Just looking at the numbers, it seems like Revelation Episodes could occur rather frequently. Or even constantly. A party with a starting score of 7 or 8 isn't out of the question, and in Shadow Lands the threshold is 12.

I suppose to some extent it's a function of how frequently common skills are used. The reason I've been thinking about this is that I've been working on my Delving rules and it can involve a lot of common skill rolls. (Maybe too many...)

On the other hand, maybe if you're wandering through orc-infested halls and caverns you should have a lot of Revelation events.

I definitely think it works perfectly. More than anything I think it backs up the choice of who made up the Fellowship.

It's pretty much my experience.
One of my fellowships is made up of 4 men, all with Valour or Wisdom 4+, and 2 legendary weapons, for a total of 10.
Going incognito is a necessity.

Ok, cool. I love the mechanic; my concern was just that at the extreme ends it triggers too many revelations. But sounds like those of you playing at that level like it.
