Please elaborate. It was my first attempt and is probably not balanced at all.

Well, if all the stat groups add up to 14, it's probably fine. To differentiate from their Shire cousins, they might be heart body wits instead of heart wits body, but otherwise, you're free to make stuff up, really. Just remember the high stat should go no higher then 7, and the low no lower then 2, and it should be fine.

Oh, I'm speaking to the main conversation about the RAW material, not your homebrew stuff.

I think that the general problem was that the suggested bakgrounds for the Shire Hobbits didn't fit the Anduin Hobbits at all.
