I guess the Ranger hero's need is for regular recovery of hope - rather than means that are extraordinary, one-off and/or permanently costly (perm shadow). fellowship focus interaction would seem to be the main candidate.

If at the end of adventure phase there are 4 hope points in fellowship pool. A player asks for the 4 points and plus its fellowship focus was not wounded , will the player get 5 points of hope? Isn't it too much?

Yes he will and no it isn't. He may have used more Hope points during the Adventuring phase than his comrades, for instance. In any case, the players vote on whether any expenditure of Fellowship points is allowed. If the majority votes no, the player may only spend the Fellowship points by taking an equal number of Shadow points. So, "too much" is really up to the players at the moment of the request.
