... although not official I have made maps of Dale and its surrounding lands; put a lot of work into them in order to make them detailed. You'll find them in my resources link in my signature.

Well, the Kingstone is just a worn-down skull, and it helps recover Hope. I think part of the whole effect is just the pilgrimage and the effect it has on people of that Culture, moreso than the awe of seeing any item.

I always thought the Arkenstone was buried with Thorin, but Jon seems to think otherwise...

Eitherway, I think that symbolism is far more important than really seeing the Arkenstone itself.

I do have to say that when my PCs went to Dale, I found Rich's guide extremely helpful (even if I did have to excise some of the more salacious bits).

How about these? Not sure if they're balanced or good enough.

Visit Grey Stone on Durin’s Day (dwarfs only)
"Stand by the grey stone when the thrush knocks, and the setting sun with the last light of Durin's Day will shine upon the key-hole"
The Secret Door is destroyed, but large, broken grey stone remains on site as a memorial.

Same use and effect as Visit the Carrock undertaking.

Work with Dwarven Craftsmanship Master (any culture)

Work with Master Mason, Miner or Smith in Erebor (or Iron Hills).

Roll the feat dice:
1-10 - gain one rank of Craft
Gandalf Rune – gain one rank of Craft and use your favored body attribute instead standard for the remainder of the next adventuring phase
Eye Rune – gain one rank of Craft but start next adventuring phase Weary

Additionally you can to change one of your specialties to Stone-craft, Tunneling or Smith-craft.

It's Rich or Richard, not Rick. Thanks. ;)

As a percentage of the content, those brothels etc account for what, about 0.1% of the text? I mean really... Is it even worthy of a mention; by doing so you're giving it far more focus than is warranted.

Sorry, stupid autocorrect on my phone.

I promise that more people will check it out if I put it that way than a more mundane plug. :)

EDIT: For clarity, I really only mean to tease Rich and not to pester him or annoy him. Everything in his guide is the sort of stuff that you would expect a city the size of Dale to have and its quite well done.

Only if you assume that is actually the Arkenstone.

Oh! You were painting the fabled "Fakenstone" of the Dwarves! I didn't appreciate that, sorry. :D
