I suspect that the convention adventures are not being offered to the public due to the M-eE requirement of previewing and approving everything that is published as part of the license. There may be a cost involved, certainly there is a time issue and a medium-related restriction (no pdf only versions). This seems to be the reason for withdrawing the pdf only Gencon adventures that were offered before.

A third party writing for a magazine or web site is not subject to the M-e E process so that's likely to be the only way of getting non self-published adventures outside the official published adventure book.

For the adventures that can no longer be acquired, a really useful resource would be plot summaries. That would at least give LMs the ability to re-create the adventures for their own tables.

I wonder how detailed the plot summaries could be before bumping into copyright?

Actually thinking about it someone offering One Ring adventures via Patreon would be the best way of getting material for hard-pressed LM's. Might fall foul of M-e E though as anything that mentions things from The Hobbit or LotR would be regarded as some sort of infringement I'm sure.
