Captain Calling

So, what do you think the Captain Calling will be comprised of in terms of narrative and mechanics? I'm thinking Custom and Personality for favoured skills, though I'm not sure on the additional trait or Shadow-weakness. I'm likely going to be adjusting my Ranger to fit the Calling when the Adventurer's Companion is released.

Yeah, I could see Personality and Vocation, too. That's one of the other combinations we don't have.

All that a calling contains is:
- A unique trait
- Two skill groups from which 2 favoured skills may be chosen
- Their shadow weakness

I would expect the trait to be related to leadership. What's a one-word synonym for "commanding voice"?

Skill groups: Personality makes the most sense, but it's already in two callings. Custom and Vocation are the only two that currently only appear in one calling. Still, my bet is Personality/Vocation.

Shadow weakness will undoubtedly be something akin to megalomania. "You will respect my authori-tay!"
