Oh well, that just made me realise I hadn't even read the announcement before pre-ordering.

My wife has forbidden me from pre-ordering The Heart of the WIld. On the other hand, my birthday is at the end of August. So I am still hopeful...
Just tell her she can't buy anymore shoes till you get it or have it delivered to your mates house...worked for me back in the day when I was skint!!!

Done and done. Preordered. Congrats on getting it to the finish line. Can't wait to preview the PDF. The sad thing is...this news only made me salivate the more for Darkening...we're just never satisfied, are we? :-)

I had a lovely chat with a girl from the feedback dept. at Amazon USA. Hopefully the false publication dates for The Heart of the Wild and The Darkening of Mirkwood will be struck out within the next couple of days or so. It's just a shame that we don't have a specific date for The Heart of the Wild yet. They are aware now that the book will be out sometime in August.

So, we're over half-way into July now. Any news on the pdf for Heart of the Wild? So looking forward to that book. :)

I just convinced my wife to let me pre-order 'The Heart of the Wild'! I feel very triumphant, especially because we have so many expenses this month. I am going to count it as an anniversary present in August :D

Entry at Amazon UK for 'The Heart of the Wild'

I've encountered a puzzling situation while trying to update the product information for The Heart of the Wild. Apparently, Amazon UK would rather list Cubicle 7 as the author of the sourcebook over the names of the actual writers (Gareth Ryder-Hanrahan with Francesco Nepitello). Are their Catalogue Quality personnel being dunder-headed or is this some odd fluke of british copyright law?

Here is a link to the product listing.

Since the original posting, I've spoken to a representative from Amazon UK. No real answer, but I've found out that creator credits are present on the core set and on Tales from Wilderland (although only Gareth's on the latter). Authorship is uncredited on The Loremaster's Screen and Lake-town Sourcebook.
