I would re-purchase the core books as individual harcovers or combined into a single hardcover.

Even though my books are not falling apart, I would also repurchase them if they were to be released in hardcover. :)

I would too, especially if it includes the expanded index (and maybe Francesco's alternate Travel rules)!

I would buy that too. A single big book with hardcover that has the most updated rules and the new index.
Of Finarfin's children I am the last. But my heart is still proud. What wrong did the golden house of Finarfin do that I should ask the pardon of the Valar, or be content with an isle in the sea whose native land was Aman the Blessed? Here I am mightier.

I know you will suprise us, I can't wait. These books are on top of my agenda.
(Beside 'Battle of Five Armies' from Ares Games).
Recreatividad is my blog in spanish, I write about roleplaying games, specially The One Ring, Mouse Guard, Diaspora and Prince Valiant. You can find custom characters sheets there.

I'd rather buy a two-book hardcover edition. I have the french one-book edition, but I find it less convenient. Why carry the player book around when I only need the Loremaster's book?

I'd rather buy the new supplements to be honest. Maybe I'm easily pleased, but I don't find any issue with the existing books
