I think you'll find that the line of the Stewards are counted as Dunedain as are the Princes of Dol Amroth and several other highborn men of Gondor.

Dunedain equals Men of the West i.e. they have the blood of Numenor.

Boromir is a Dunedain.

It also depends on whether you think Eye Awareness is based off upbringing or blood. I would tend to think the latter. "Culture" in game terms is some of each.

No more than Legolas would count as a High Elf. Look at it this way, would you make him with the Men of Gondor Culture, or the Dunedain Culture? I'd do the former, and would suggest that you're factually wrong if you do the latter.
Although there is not a Dunedain culture presented in the game. There is the Ranger of the north culture, which like the men of Gondor is comprised of Dunedain.

Excellent point. Here is the very first sentence of the chapter on Rangers of the North from the Rivendell supplement (emphasis added):
When the Realm of Arnor ended long ago, the Dúnedain of
the North
did not abandon their struggle against the Enemy

Men of Gondor count as Dunedain, for me...
Nothing of Worth.

Ah but not all men of Gondor would count as Dunedain. A lot of the blood of Numenor was mixed with middle men.

It will be interesting to see if a distinction is made in the game.

Perhaps an option in a side bar to use rules similar to the Rangers of the North.

Heh the Grey Company were pinging those hunt rolls fairly often I reckon.

Not sure how high their awareness score would be... 66 without adding valour/wisdom or magic gear

Okay yes I realise I am being silly there... that would be a bloody big group of PCs

Perhaps Halbarad and the Twins were the PCs :)

It's an interesting question as to what proportion of men of Gondor count as Dunedain, although I'd suggest Boromir does.
