The Noldor do indeed have a secret place - it's in The Shire, and it is here that Frodo meets Gildor Inglorion....

That was a hidden camping site in the very peaceful Shire, I was thinking about a small fortified settlement out in the wild with a few warriors to provide shelter and protection to Elven travellers.

I think it would make sense specially as times become more dangerous and closer to the War of the Ring. I guess Elves don't stop at Bree...
