Great news! Finally we will have that sweet Lake-Town map in digital form to print out! Also I hope this means the cancelled GenCon adventure also gets a release

Hello
I purchased copies of Tales from the Wilderland and Laketown through;
https://www.miniaturemarket.com/
I purchased from them because at the time, they were the only store I could find that had them.
Will I be able to claim a copy of the PDF's? And from whom should I request?
Thanks!

This is fantastic news!
Very happy for C7 and The One Ring line. Having PDFs back will make it stronger and will only benefit us all - I think it also shows commitment from the related parties that they have worked through this and reinstated the production of such things.
Excellent customer service regarding previous orders and PDFs as well.
Congratulations!

After re-reading this thread, it appears that if you have purchased your physical copy or copies via online retailers (AMAZON in my case), you may be out of luck for free PDFs... Did I understand correctly?

Will Words of the Wise be making a return as well?
Have a good weekend!

I believe that is correct and I totally get that. I got my books from Amazon but will definitely buy the Lake-Town pdf first and love to get any of the PDFs that were Gen Con only adventures.

Jon Hodgson wrote:Reiterating what Dom mentioned in the initial post to answer the questions about how to get PDFs for products you've already bought:
If you have bought a The One Ring™ game product direct from us that didn’t previously include a PDF, we will send you instructions to get your PDF. We’ll have to go through the sales records to get everyone’s details, but we will get them to you as soon as possible.
That's all good Jon, but for those of us who bought the products at a convention (where no details were taken) are you going to set up a way for us to get a pdf?
Personally, I'm happy to wait until the initial rush is over and you've done your back catalogue of people you've got details for, but it'd be nice to know something would be set up for other too.

I also bought Laketown via Amazon. There is a purchase record that could be sent to you verify purchase.

Usually companies offer complimentary PDFs with their products when you buy directly from them - not 3rd parties like AMAZON.
This is because their profit margin is larger when you buy directly from them. For instance I buy all of my Pathfinder books directly through Paizo's website so that I get the PDFs too. I could save money by buying many of those products from AMAZON but I wouldn't have the PDFs, and if I chose to buy it also, then I have spent more than if I just bought the book from Paizo in the first place.
What I need to do now if figure out how to cancel my pre-order of Heart and Darkening that I ordered from such a 3rd party, and instead buy from Cube7 directly now that the PDF ban is lifted.
