Argh! Non-native speakers are left scratching their head

Nonetheless, I hope for prompt charge of the Eorlingas: my DoM campaign is heading toward a full Dale-Easterlings war in 2957*, so I would like some rules for horses!

* Well, what can I say? the Council of the North went horribly

Happy birthday month! :D Maybe we'll all get what we want. Which is Horse-Lords of Rohan, and Oaths of the Riddermark, and the Adventurer's Companion. All at once.

I can dream, can't I...
Aiya Eärendil Elenion Ancalima!

... but you can call me Mark.

Man, it'd be the best month, ever. I have a good feeling we'll get Horse-Lords this month, though, since I bet they want to release one last book for pre-order in 2015.

This thread needs more conjecture (a.k.a. "wild guesses") about content.

I think Dunledings won't work with the usual Hope/Shadow mechanic.
At least, I'd wish there were some "neutral" cultures (as could the Dorwinrrim be, or the Rivermen) that don't use Hope as a fuel the same way a Hobbit or a Barding does. We've already seen that High Elves have a somewhat particular mechanic related to Shadow.

My draft idea would be for "neutral" cultures to increase Shadow instead of reducing Hope to boost their actions. This could be taken advantatge of with various abilities for adversaries that allow to influence PCs with a bonus due to the Shadow point score. For example, Black Breath is more dangerous the more SP the character has.
