Looking at the enthusiasm for new (and old) releases on these forums, it says a bit about how much we love this rpg. I think you guys at C7 are doing a great job delivering what is, at least in my personal opinion, the best rpg on the market. :D

Adventure Summaries for my long-running group (currently playing through The Darkening of Mirkwood/Mirkwood Campaign), and the Tale of Years for a second, lower-level group (in the same campaign).

 To be technical, I believe it will be Mythic, not legendary; Myth requires no underlying reality, while legend is reality turned into myth.

I keep hoping to see a real announcement...

So Aramis, you're saying you don't believe that the stories of Middle-earth are actually our Earth's pre-history? :o ;)

A somewhat romanticized account. Tolkien never did want to admit to the existence of the brothels and gambling halls of Esgaroth and Dale (much less all that and the public baths of Minas Tirith).
"Far, far below the deepest delvings of the Dwarves, the world is gnawed by nameless things. Even Sauron knows them not. They are older than he."
