I feel that the Gondorian Historian this is attributed to must have gotten his info from Queen Arwen, who cleaned up everything considerably!

To be technical, I believe it will be Mythic, not legendary; Myth requires no underlying reality, while legend is reality turned into myth.

I keep hoping to see a real announcement...
