Rivendell, There and Back Again

The Receive Title undertaking implies that the culture the title was received from basically counts as a second home. In the Rivendell source it states that the Friend of Elrond title allows Rivendell to be used as a home for the There and Back Again undertaking. Does this mean that the hero can use this undertaking from home, or any location from which he/she has earned a title?

Good question.

Consider that, in the Receive Title table, there's also stated that the hero receives a house in the culture. I would consider that he can use the There And Back Again undertaking to return to his "other" home, where he won't have relatives, but people who know him, friends, neighbours,...
