I believe you're looking for the Heroic Heritage table on page 282 of the Revised Core Book.

In how many sessions the character gained the 95 exps? I want to compare with my group.

If the character died a heroic death (see page 283) then you do not penalize the character by subtracting their XP bonus by the permanent shadow points.
