Hi,

Did anyone hear any interesting TOR news from the Dragonmeet 2015 Seminar?

Regards,

Steve

The seminar was great but Dom was sticking to his guns on revealing stuff, so we'll see it on the forum and main website.

Wait, what about your three yes/no questions?! Don't leave us hanging! Did you squander them?

Kinda. Andrew wasn't at the seminar (someone had to man the table) so it was Andrew offering the 3 yes/nos plus Dom wasn't going to be able to reveal anything that we haven't seen on the forum/website, he was very good, any sneaky attempts on slips went astray. Someone did ask about Moria (which I have asked before - Moria and other Dwarf kingdoms) and we held strong against any answer heh.

Edit: and we definitely had Lone Wolf fans in heavy attendance at the seminar.

Just to clear things up. Nick was manning the stand with Joe Dever (and a lady friend? of Joe's). Andrew had some personal issues to deal with and didn't make it.

I spoke directly to Dom in the afternoon, as I missed the seminar due to running a game (WWC), and got the 6-8 weeks rough date for the next pre-order then. I also saw the Dalek dice game which looks like a lot of fun for a time filler (10 UKpounds). I think Dom said they'd ordered a whole bunch of those (10000?) but had missed the Xmas rush due to some production issues.

I believe than Rohan has been one of the most tedious books to get past the lawyers so far hence the delay in getting it out. BBC approval is a cake walk compared to Saul Zaentz.

Give that SZ is dead, it's tempting to make references to Nazgul in this case.

Apologies to Nick and Andrew, never met them before, I've only ever met Dom and Angus, so I wasn't quite sure who was at the table keeping it going.

Rest as above, no new info really ;)
