I would, but I have no idea how to upload pictures onto this message board. I'm in NYC for those wondering in regards to where the shipments are in the new, dysfunctional world of the U.S.farinal wrote:come on upload some pictures I want to see how thick it seems on hand

The book is hardcover and quite lovely. The paper finish differs from prior books, very high quality without the high-gloss reflective glare.
Great change in production design by the C7 team — well done!

Re: Heart of the Wild is in my hands!!!
Got mine today! Incomparable quality hardcover book, C7!!! Although this photo is not the best in detail or quality, here's a photo of mine taken before I even opened it. It is pristine...unaltered...virginal. My cat was even excited about the book...she tried to get into the picture (that's her foot at the upper right corner). And the blue spot on the cover in the picture seems to be a reflection from the flash from the camera as there is no blue there in actuality. Sorry, but that is the best result I could get from my cell phone.

Got mine today too! It looks great. C7, you guys will be happy to know that it arrived well wrapped. It came in a sturdy box wrapped in thick green bubble wrap. The artwork is even more gorgeous in print.

My impatience has finally been put to rest - gorgeous product, sturdy, beautiful. Received it yesterday, and had no idea what it was - until I ripped off the green bubble wrap and did a little dance.
Now...what about Darkening of Mirkwood? OHHHHHHH, I went there! Too soon, guys?
Thanks for the quality products; I will be recommending One Ring far and wide.

Question to C7 staff: any ETA on orders placed via AMAZON (US)?
Re: Heart of the Wild is in my hands!!!
Got mine yesterday in South Carolina, US. Well worth the wait.
Re: Heart of the Wild is in my hands!!!
Mine came yesterday, too. As much as I like the PDFs, there's nothing like a nice hardback book!
Re: Heart of the Wild is in my hands!!!
I got mine yesterday. Wheeling, IL. State of art supplement! Worth every penny.
First, after I skimmed through the PDF, I was under impression the book is only, more or less, the background stuff for DM. Well, I take it back. In the meantime I’ve found so many great adventure hooks and ideas I couldn’t be happier with the book as it is. I wish, at some point in the future, the rest of the existing line will be released in updated hardcover, too. Thanks much!
