Official date of publication for 'The Heart of the Wild'?

For the record, what is considered to be the official first publication date for The Heart of the Wild? I ask because I was irritated by the lack of accurate data for The One Ring products on sites such as Amazon.com and I have been attempting to correct the more blatant mistakes. Recently, I sent Amazon the date of October 23, 2013 as the pubication date of The Heart of the WIld based on the notification of its availability on the C7 homepage. If there is a more accurate date then I would be glad to submit a correction.
