question about TOR music from youtube

Post by killianred » Thu Nov 07, 2013 3:04 am

Greetings all! I was looking around tonight and found the youtube music for TOR, and was just wondering how I could save it on a computer or CD. I've never done anything with downloading music, I still say "albums" if that tells you anything ;) If this has already been discussed I apologize for bringing it up again, but can anyone help me figure out how to get this great music?

Hi killianred,

I was really happy to discover these soundtracks too - very atmospheric.. One easy way to get them is:

1) start at the youtube video you want to convert - e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=na595bo ... C5EC3EABD8 for the theme music that is first in the playlist.
2) copy the text of the URL (i.e. the website address in the browser).
3) go to http://www.youtube-mp3.org
4) paste the URL (from step 2) into the text box and click 'Convert Video'.
5) When the video has finished converting, click the 'Download' link to download an MP3 file which should play on your computer.

It seems that youtube-mp3.org saves a copy when converting, so if someone has previously converted a video the process is almost instant!

hope this helps

Stuart

Wow, that sounds really easy. Thanks a lot! I'm gonna go give it a try, as soon as Big Bang is over

This music is so awesome, I just love it! It would be so cool for a party beginning Marsh Bell to hear the Mewlip poem before they go
