I splashed out and bought The core set, the Gm screen and Tales from The wilderland from the C7 stand at Indiecon, and no one asked for my email address so I assumed that C7 dosn't participate in bits and mortar or maybe not for TOR. Now from my searching (including on the leisure games site) I see that you do?
So should I have been asked?

They were asking everyone who bought something while I was talking to one or another of the C7 staff. Dom, Nick and Andrew were there and seemed to take care of the B&M thing well enough. Indeed I was asked when I bought Heart.
So drop a line to Nick at the customer service email address and he'll see you right I'm sure.

Hmmm where would the customer service email address be listed, I did try google and even 5 minutes of clicking round the C7 site, I even tried the sites own search engine! Still no luck.

You could just post in the Customer service forum under the appropriate section. There's at least one thread there about getting a pdf through B&M.
