Coming Soon for The One Ring: Journeys and Maps
Coming soon for The One Ring Roleplaying Game:
Journeys and Maps is a set of four, double sided, large format maps covering the greater part of Middle-earth: Eriador, Wilderland, Rohan and Gondor/Mordor.
With Players maps and hexed Lore Master maps, these provide an invaluable play aid for planning your One Ring journeys.
Also included is a 32-page supplement, with rules for water travel by sea and river, an index to all locations covered in The One Ring Roleplaying Game supplements to date, a system for detailing ruins found along the road, a useful collection of terrain-specific hazards, and a section detailing natural wonders, lodgings, and fellow travellers your Company might find along the way.
Journeys and Maps is a must-have accessory for The One Ring. Pre-orders are coming soon, and as usual we will offer a complementary PDF version with all pre-orders, and the PDF version will be made available at the same time.

Woo! Announcement one down!
This is a good week.

If this supplement give all-in-one rule for Journey it's worth the cost.
Nothing of Worth.

Amazing news!
Of Finarfin's children I am the last. But my heart is still proud. What wrong did the golden house of Finarfin do that I should ask the pardon of the Valar, or be content with an isle in the sea whose native land was Aman the Blessed? Here I am mightier.

This will be pre-ordered very, very hard!

That's just great!
And you know what: also this week the German translations of the source-books are out on PDF. It's like the best TOR week ever. (only the rule-book missing)

I already started a thread about this as soon as I saw it, but...
Looks really really good. The maps will be lovely to have, but I'm even more excited about the rules for water travel, and the "system for detailing ruins" (how cool is that!) and terrain-specific hazards, and oh all of it.
The only thing that will outdo this for me is if the adventurers's companion is finally announced this week, and will include new cultural virtues, rewards and other options.
Mind you, a book detailing Erebor is way, way overdue in my opinion...

Great news! But I think that a more accurate statement would be that the maps will cover the greater part of north-western Middle-earth. Granted the lands of the distant East and far South are likely to be out-of-bounds to C7 and TOR.

Well the table of contents mentioned Rhun and Harad, so who knows how far we may yet goOtaku-sempai wrote:Great news! Re: Coming Soon for The One Ring: Journeys and Maps
I have a question regarding the supplement.
The teaser indicates it will include a map of Eriador, is this just the Eastern Eriador map released with Rivendell, or will it cover the whole of Eriador (including the western regions like Ered Luin and the Shire?)
