Right! That said, looking at the image, Smaug COULD have the arms there still, I mean his wings are pretty broad at the base, you cant even see his legs right now. They could be folded up.Otaku-sempai wrote:And there is this:Kullervo wrote:I think he means the maps. http://mulubinba.typepad.com/.a/6a00d83 ... b18970c-pi or covers http://www.thelandofshadow.com/wp-conte ... 32x300.jpg since in most of the books and maps Smaug is pictured with 4 legs and 2 wings.

Oh wow! I'm looking forward to purchasing this book.
Re: Erebor - The Lonely Mountain
Howe's cover art reminds me A LOT of the Hobbit Tales cover by Mr. Hodgson.
Tales around an inn's table, Gandalf's pipe smoke drawing dragons over the Lonely Mountain,... Who's the master now, Jon or John?

So ends a great news week for TOR and Cubicle 7, it's all so exciting
Looking forward to all the releases, and perhaps Erebor will be the sister book to Moria, when you finally get round to doing that one eh Jon/Dom?

My first post... Here to say thank you to Francesco, John, Rich and the C7 team for an absolutely beautiful "subcreation" of Middle-earth, thank you for the wonderful expansions including Journeys and Erebor, and to say YES PLEASE to a Moria book.timb wrote:Looking forward to all the releases, and perhaps Erebor will be the sister book to Moria, when you finally get round to doing that one eh Jon/Dom?
