Got mine in Gilbert, AZ yesterday! The maps are awesome and so is the supplement. My favorite part is 'Bones of the Earth' where you learn how to create a random ruin. Very nice! There are also a good number of Hazard episodes provided according to Region types. All of these could be converted to scenes in an adventure, rather than being used for a hazard.

I do love the supplement, it's JaM packed (see what I did there? Miso clever...) with useful content but I would like to highlight something which may have been missed by some. I *really* like and hugely appreciate how the Loremaster version of each map is not on the reverse of the Adventurers version; this means that as the players are plotting the course of their fellowship the LM can refer separately to his copy. That kind of thought and attention by the design team should really be commended.

There's actually another layer of consideration. You can actually join multiple maps together and still have the adventurers maps separate from the Loremaster's maps. I believe it is in the North-South direction.

That is awesome. Hadn't laid them out side by side yet to try that.

Heh - I made mock ups, and spent a disproportionately long time puzzling over which way would be best to be able to join two player maps and have the LM's maps on the unused sheets. Are Companies more likely to travel South from Mirkwood into Rohan and then Gondor (say you had the core rules, Tales, then picked up Horselords, that'd be quite likely) or is crossing the Misty Mountains more likely? (core rules, Tales, then Rivendell?).

Vexing that we couldn't make all possible options work, but we always try our best!
