A sticky with general links on LM and playing?

I get the hunch that there are a lot of people out on this forum that have years of roleplay in their backpack.
I'm not saying: "spoon feed me your knowledge!", but I'm saying:
"Post your best gems of improve-as-a-RPG-player/LM" here.
Or write up your own.
I find several links/guides/etc, but the internet is wast and some could be better than others.
Post guides if you feel so inclined.
I found two guides on playing and LMingthat I enjoy, from a fellow named Greg Stolze.
