Now waiting for the pdf...

Ordered and got the PDF today, did not expect that, thought it would be Monday. Time for some reading.

Hmmm, ordered it like an hour after they announced it but no PDF. A little sad I have to wait until Monday.

Make sure you check you junk mail, just in case.

And we sent it to you about an hour and a half after that. Do you still not have it?

I’m in the same position as doctheweasal. Ordered soon after the announcement on Twitter and have not yet received the download link (just rechecked my spam folder). I know damiller is in the same boat. Maybe something happened to some of the email messages?

I ordered it before I knew it had gone live (was trying to get a new device logged in to be ready and after logging in I had Erebor in my face). But my email didn't wind up showing up until about 6pm CST last night. So there does seem to be a delay going through the system (usually I've gotten the PDF within the hour). I'd say just keep checking.

Didn't get it then (checked in junk too), but I did get your follow up email. Thank you!

My issue got resolved literally 5 minutes after I sent the email to Nick. Have to say, you guys work awful fast... I usually have to wait about four days when I send an email to a tabletop company!

No problem on DrivethruRpg...
