Erebor - The Lonely Mountain Updated version
We noticed in the aftermath of the Battle of Five Productions, that small bands of errors remained lurking in the shadows of the PDF version of Erebor The Lonely Mountain. We have chased them down with fire and sword and all found have been slain.
Changes in Version 2:
• A refinement to the Dwarfen Smithing rules was omitted - now included.
• The Dwarven Smithing undertaking was updated
• Commission a Smith undertaking was updated
• Study the Stonework of Beinharn was updated
• Venomed quality was updated
• Mona, daughter of Ginar was updated
• Barin Greycloak was updated
All orders have been updated via your Drivethru/RPGNow account, where the new file is waiting for you.

Re: Erebor - The Lonely Mountain Updated version
The Iron Hills and Grey Mountain Dwarf skills weren't changed in this version, though. I thought those were called out in another thread as a mistake. (Unless Grey Mountain Dwarves should start with 1 stealth and Iron Hills Dwarves with 3 stealth. That seems backwards.)

Hi Doc - that was my bad. I was looking at the wrong number set. Consider that the Iron Hills Dwarves are veterans of the Dwarf & Goblin wars. Nasty business, knife work in the dark through the tunnels of the Misty Mountains. ![Mr. Green ](images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)

I can confirm it was a deliberate design choice.
Re: Erebor - The Lonely Mountain Updated version
Ok if it's intentional, only that there's nowhere in the text (as far as I've read) that explains why a dwarven culture, known for their "tanking" abilities, have the same skill in Stealth as a Hobbit and more than an elf. Something could be said somewhere so that this 3 points don't come out of the blue.T.S. Luikart wrote:Hi Doc - that was my bad. I was looking at the wrong number set. And then, we can all house-rule at leasure...

We don't ever explain why cultures have given scores. One of the delights of TOR is figuring that out.

I would like to point out that this thread's title wasted a perfectly good opportunity to post "Updates to Errorbor."
