Intended or not, this is a brilliant artifact of the RAW, and enough reason for me to keep it the way it is, at least in person.zedturtle wrote:Fellowshipping in order to get Fellowship points, in other words

Re: GM Tracking Character Stats
For the record, I think the RAW are good because they are flexible. I'm not suggesting a change. So, we're really just discussing how it works out for each of us, providing suggestions and ideas to others for the purpose of helping them in their games.

FWIW, my group does it this way as well. Often there is very little in the Pool left to divvy up at the end, and my group tends to refresh based on who has spent the most during the session.Deadmanwalking wrote:I don't know if our LM actually keeps track, but I do know it would be super easy to do so for Hope, since at the end of every session, we all list how down we are so we can divvy up the remainder of the Fellowship Pool appropriately (well, every session we have a Fellowship Pool left, which is most of them).
So...pretty easy bookkeeping to do for our group, really.
Do other groups not do something like this?
Adventure Summaries for my long-running group (currently playing through The Darkening of Mirkwood/Mirkwood Campaign), and the Tale of Years for a second, lower-level group (in the same campaign).
