Cultures in Heart of the Wild

Could someone tell me the location of the new cultures available in heart of the wild? I always have a hard time finding them when I need them.
New Cultures:
Wild Hobbits (of the Vales of Anduin) are found on p52-53
The Woodmen of Mountain Hall are on p44-45
New Virtue options for current cultures (to be chosen after raising Wisdom):
Elves of Mirkwood - The Call of Mirkwood p77
Woodmen of the Woodland Hall - River-Blooded p92
