I read about this Japanese tabletop rpg (soon to be available in English) in the new issue of OtakuUSA (February 2014). It has a similar feeling to The One Ring. Think "Hayao Myazaki meets D&D". The game has already been translated into French.
Here is an on-line article connected to the Kickstarter campaign for the English-language edition: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/dia ... ef=kickspy.

TOR fans might like 'Ryuutama: Natural Fantasy RPG'
"Far, far below the deepest delvings of the Dwarves, the world is gnawed by nameless things. Even Sauron knows them not. They are older than he."

Thank you.
I'm mulling if backing this.
And another take on travel rules can be interesting.

I'm interested in this game, because I like those Miyazaki-style wondrous travels. But I can't pay that expensive international shipping. I hope it hits retail next year.
Recreatividad is my blog in spanish, I write about roleplaying games, specially The One Ring, Mouse Guard, Diaspora and Prince Valiant. You can find custom characters sheets there.
