I hope it's made of a good quality material. I bought something similar made out of silk material - didn't last long when used as a game night item.
Thus the need for a high quality official map!

You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You have no one to blame but yourselves.

I think I'm going to frame it and put it on my wall as a reference/decorative piece. I assume it's poster material...but it's only 9 bucks so not a big deal.

I have that same map, but scaled down to about half that size (and square, about 21" x 21" framed). Mine was a give-a-way with the DVD purchase of
LotR:FotR (extended edition, I think?). I had mine framed and its on the wall next to me even as I type.
I have been amused by the fact that none of the maps released with the
Hobbit films has included the movie-specific location of the High Fells, though one can easily find Rhudaur.

A couple of years ago I made this map printed on canvas and hung it on my wall. Kind of big.

???
Anyway, for me, obviously the Moria one, but what i'd like most is one or two 'endgame' Campaigns for the late Third Age, a la Darkening. One could be built around 'The Hunt for Gollum' wherein Gandalf recruits several adventurers around Middle-Earth to aid in hi search for the creature, with the opportunity to revisit many areas from earlier adventures. The other would be The War of the Ring of course.

A Shire book, I think, would deserve the hard cover treatment. So much information there.
But yes, a book on the Shire & Bree is high up on my list too.
Thread necromancy! Now that we have had the book of
Bree, I can easily imagine a book on
The Shire to take the same format: a combination of region guide and adventures.

The Misty Mountains. Goblin Town, the stone giants, the aeries of the eagles, Mount Gundabad. Not to mention Moria, but that probably deserves its own treatment.
Also the lands of Tudor and Fordor have yet to appear in TOR.

I can only imagine that Davethelost has just suffered from an outbreak of predictive text and that he means Gondor and Mordor.

Possibly OS too, though I think his was more likely a playful joke.
