I read over the upcoming releases yesterday, and it seems a bit outdated. But one thing is odd (and I'm sorry if this had been mentioned before): Riders of Rohan is listed as one of the new cultures in the Adventurers Companion.

Will it be printed there too, in addition to the Rohan book?

These are old news: in the end, Rohan was released before the Companion, so it became unnecessary to put a Rohirrim culture there.

Is it confirmed that the Riders of Rohan Heroic Culture has been dropped from the Companion? If so, do we have any idea what as replaced it?

No, the Rohan culture will be in there, together with all other published cultures except the ones in the Core book. We will also have a couple of new ones, like Men of Minas Tirith. Cubicle 7 confirmed this quite a while ago and there hasn't been any announced change to this.

On the 6th of April 2016 Jon wrote 'Adventurers Companion collects all cultures published outside of the core rules.'

Well, at least one Culture not in the core book should be excluded: Men of the Long Lake; not to mention variants like Wild Hobbits. I also don't know that Dwarves of the Iron Hills or Dwarves of the Grey Mountains will be in the Adventurer's Companion.

Why should they be excluded? Particularly Lakemen. Wild Hobbits, Mountain Hall Woodsmen, and Erebor Dwarves might be, as those are variants of existing, Core Cultures. But Men of the Lake are their own, distinct thing.

I meant that those Cultures would likely to be excluded as they have not been referred to in solicitaions for the Companion. I did not mean that they deserved to be excluded.

So the book will be about new (and old) cultures, a new Calling and a more detailed rules for generation play? Any news on more contents for the book?
What bout page count? I'm really curious about that other stuff we will find in this book. :)

Product description:

Even the smallest person can change the course of history, even the unlikeliest character might become a hero, and every adventure begins by stepping out the door.

The Adventurer's Companion is the latest supplement for The One Ring Roleplaying Game, containing invaluable advice and ideas for every player, from how to create a compelling character concept to how to form a fellowship and more besides.

The Adventurer's Companion includes a host of new rules too, from new combat options and a new calling, the Captain, to rules for generational play and expanded rules for holdings. It also contains new heroic cultures, including the Men of Gondor, Bree-folk and the Elves of Lorien. The supplement is rounded off with a selection of handy reference tables for players to use during character creation and play, as well as a compilation of Fellowship Undertakings from existing supplements in one handy to reference place.

Nothing in the product description suggests that the cultures which have been published so far will also appear in this book (which I, for one, very much welcome!).
