I'm not sure if the new Rivendell Elves thing is meant to simulate Noldor Elves...
But in a game I'm playing, I'm a standard Mirkwood Elf whose backstory is 1/4 Noldor (paternal grandfather), and he's got a Gondolin Blade (and is thus powerleveling Valor to 4 so it does everything such a blade should do).
But after the blade's capped out as an item of worth, what order of virtues would best represent being part Noldor?
(Note, the Loremaster was nice and let me take a customized Longsword 2/Bow 1/Dagger 1 package, which I immediately bought up to 3. He's also turning out to use stealth a lot. A recent adventure had him split off from the company will down to 6 end, chased by warg riding orc. Using Swift+Athletics and Swift+Stealth to get his weary rump out of there, he ended up leading the orc chasing him into a bear cave inhabited by a mama bear. Rathlyn lured the bear to the cave, where...well, warg vs. bear didn't end well for the warg. Then I had to gank the orc before he killed me on my own.)
Ultimate goal of the character is to be counted among the wise on official councils and such.
Noldor
Re: Noldor
If you want 'wise' virtues for your elf, I would probably go with some combination of Elvish Dreams, The Speakers, and of course Elf Magic. If you want some masteries, I'd probably pick Gifted or Confidence. That's all just on a quick skim though

Re: Noldor
Magic first, of course, since you've gotta buff it with fellowship phases thereafter. Dreams next, Speakers last, I'd think. Gotta save up the AP in the relevant skills (Song, Insight, Riddle) to make Speakers useful.
