Use the site I gave you. It's tricky, but you can outsmart the spyware on the site and download the file free. Or even just read the pdf outright, though it's annoying that way.

Nope, every time I try I get prompted to install Ilivid and some type of DL manger thing.

First, only click the download link RIGHT below the PDF. Do not click any others.
From there, click the Free Download button with a 20 over it. Do not click any other buttons.

DL through your social media, click facebook and it says 4 share will have access to my profile and friends list. I don't give out that info.

...It doesn't do that to me. Maybe you need an account on that website to make it work properly. What SHOULD happen is, the 20 counts down to 0, then the download starts.

... If you hang on just a few weeks Beran then I'll be updating my version of the Rangers and reposting/linking - it's easier to download through dropbox and has the errors addressed in it and many improvements.

Excellent work I really like both Cultures. One thing that did stand out a bit was the 22 "points" worth of skills for the Rangers starting template. Isn't that a little much? Most of the Cultures in the Core set average about 18 "points." Are you suggesting that the Rangers be more experienced then the avarage starting PC?
