pdf included with purchase?

I am looking at some of the newer releases for TOR to catch up on it and am wondering if C7 includes the pdf typically with each release you purchase from them? I will likely start with Ruins of the North.

Yes, but there's a chance you might have to watch your spam filter for the e-mail. However, that has not happened with me for a while.

They do. They should all say "+PDF" in the product title and say something like "All copies of XX come with a complementary PDF of the supplement" in the blurb.

They do when you buy direct from them, or when you purchase from a retailer that participates in their Bits and Mortar program.

You can find the stores that partner with C7 here.
Adventure Summaries for my long-running group (currently playing through The Darkening of Mirkwood/Mirkwood Campaign), and the Tale of Years for a second, lower-level group (in the same campaign).

Just be prepared for an incredible hassle if you want to take it somewhere and have it printed. :(

That's not anything to do with Cubicle 7, though. (Assuming that you're talking about issues of corporately-owned printshops dealing with copyright law and not any technical issues arising from the fact that the PDFs are optimized for on-screen viewing.) In my experience, a mom-and-pop digital printshop will be cheaper and more understanding of the desire for a personal print-out of a file you bought.

Not trying to be argumentative but when you print this on page two of the book, "All rights reserved. No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means,
electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission of the publishers." then, yeah, it is on you that we can't take our PDF copies to a UPS store or Office Max and have them print it for us

It is correct to say that the PDF version does not come with any license to have it printed by a third party. PDF versions are intended to be used on computers and e-readers. Third party printing falls outside of the terms of sale.
